My layout is starting to give me fits. On some of the individual entries' pages, the pieces from the side are coming over and positioning themselves on top of my entries. I can't tolerate that. Maybe it's my browser, but really, would it be, after all these years? Seems more like a site glitch. And I'm not changing my browser, so even if it is at fault, there's no easy solution for me, unless ...

Is it still true that the three-column layout is the only one that allows a customized header without advanced HTML knowledge? I'm hoping that after all these years, that's changed. I really want a layout that doesn't have these stupid side pieces.

I haven't been able to tell a difference myself. Probably becuae I have other issues going on with my PC. I do hope things get better for you, and that you can sort things out!
