Hmm... Looking this over, my highest would be 7 for Jasmine. I don't think I ever saw Aladdin all the way through though. Actually, I could say that about a lot of Disney movies. ^_^;;;

[identity profile] insaneladybug.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 03:24 am (UTC)(link)
I ... haven't seen Aladdin at all. XD; I love the comic book adaption, though. I also haven't seen Sleeping Beauty or Mulan. **really wants to see Mulan.**

[identity profile] cskazaam.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 04:43 am (UTC)(link)
Ooh, I'm really tempted to actually do this and post it myself.^^

From reading through, I think I'd tie with Jasmine and Pocahontas, with Mulan very close behind. XD

But who's Aurora? I thought I knew all the Disney characters, but I don't remember ever having watched a movie with her.

It's great that you fit the character you like the best!^^ Belle's such a great character.^^

[identity profile] insaneladybug.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 05:57 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, you should! It was fun. ^^

Aurora is Sleeping Beauty. XD

Belle's awesome. ^^ I usually don't like the fairy tale movies much, but I loved Beauty and the Beast. Pocahontas too, in spite of all the historical inaccuracies and liberties.

[identity profile] cskazaam.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 06:37 am (UTC)(link)
^^ Maybe I'll go do that then! I finally have no other work to worry about. Well, until tomorrow. XD

**jaw drop** She is??? Oh geez. I completely missed that. Though, it's no wonder, since I've seen the movie probably once, a loooong time ago. XD

LOL. Yeah, Pocahontas was really inaccurate. But I think I enjoyed just about every movie, though Sleeping Beauty and Snow White were my least favorites. I was really into adventure as a kid (still am^^), and those were too romantic for me. XD And I think there was a part in Snow White that had always scared me. That forest was creepy. Not to mention the part in Sleeping Beauty with the spinning wheel... **shudders** XD

[identity profile] insaneladybug.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 06:45 am (UTC)(link)
XD Not having to worry about work until tomorrow is a good thing.

Fairy tales usually do seem too romantic for me. XD Or too creepy. Or both. I didn't like Cinderella because of the cheesy and unrealistic portrayal of romance, but also because the cat was a villain. ;__;

When I was younger, I really only liked the movies with animals as the main characters, so I didn't see (and still haven't seen) a lot of the ones where they only played supporting roles. XD Lady & the Tramp and Oliver & Company are still my most fave Disney movies. X3 And The Aristocats.

[identity profile] cskazaam.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 07:08 am (UTC)(link)
The cat was a villian? I think I forgot about that. Cinderella's another one I haven't seen for ages. XD

**nods** Yeah, same here! The animals were totally the best!^^ I wasn't interested in anything that had to do with people, though now I've seen most of them. My favorites were The Lion King and Oliver & Company. I also really liked The Fox and the Hound. Oh, and Robin Hood! That was one of my all-time favorites.^^

[identity profile] insaneladybug.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 07:17 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I only saw it once, and even then, it was years before I decided to do so. XD I was always ticked about the cat. And of course, the mice had to be the little angels. **rolls eyes.**

Oooh yay! I adore The Fox and the Hound. X3 Most people have told me they don't like it because it's sad. But they always seem to forget the part where Copper realizes he can't betray his old friend. It's a beautiful film! I've been wanting to see the new "midquel" Disney made taking place somewhere in the middle of the first film.

And Robin Hood is so much fun. XD Sheer nonsense at points, but such great nonsense. LOL.

[identity profile] cskazaam.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 08:05 am (UTC)(link)
XD. I once took my dog outside to hunt for mice in the fields, just to see if I could. Had to kind of show her how to catch them, though... And then I ended up catching one, and she ate it! XD Didn't expect that. LOL.

But I don't really mind mice, too much. Well, except when they get into the house. And destroy things. And then there was one time at the animal shelter with a bunch of mice-like critters my friend wanted to play with. I offered to take them out of the cages since she couldn't get a hold of one. That didn't end too well. XD

So maybe I don't really like mice that much, after all. Such a *pain*! XD

**nods** Yeah, I never understood why people don't like the movie. It has a happy ending! I haven't had a chance to see the second movie, yet, either. Been wanting to, though!^^

LOL. Yep!^^ I loved the songs. I actually have to get the real version of the movie - we've only got a taped version. XD

[identity profile] insaneladybug.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 08:42 am (UTC)(link)
LOL. Oh dear. Did she like it?

XD Yeah, a pain is a perfect word for mice. Ugh. My family has had so much trouble with them.

I don't have any version of the movie. XD I used to rent it from the library. I should buy both movies, and try renting the second Fox and the Hound film to see if I like it. ^^

[identity profile] cskazaam.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 09:09 am (UTC)(link)
She seemed to! It happened really fast, though... One minute, I'm like, "See that's how you catch..." and she gulps it down, just that quick. And I'm standing there, speechless. XD I quit at that point, though, since I didn't want her to get sick from it. Which she didn't.^^

Yeah, I don't think I've got the Fox and the Hound, either. XD I'd have to check, though, since it's been a while since I've dug through our movie collection. And I'll definitely have to rent the second show at some point, too.^^

[identity profile] insaneladybug.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 09:28 am (UTC)(link)
LOL. Not chewing or anything? **terribly amused at the mental image.**

It's a good thing it didn't disagree with her digestive system!

[identity profile] cskazaam.livejournal.com 2007-11-29 10:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, if she chewed, it definitely wasn't much, that's for sure! I think she was almost as surprised as I was. LOL.

*Hi there!
Guess who's bemused at suddenly having a fish's tail?*

[identity profile] dagronrat.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 12:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes. XD

[identity profile] wngdngl.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 07:06 pm (UTC)(link)
I got Belle too XD. I certainly read a lot, and I've gotten lost in our woods several times (you'd think I'd learn...). Though I don't think I would be the sort of person to "tame the beast".

[identity profile] insaneladybug.livejournal.com 2007-12-01 12:52 am (UTC)(link)
Wow. XD Do you have really dense woods?

[identity profile] wngdngl.livejournal.com 2007-12-01 03:54 am (UTC)(link)
We own about 5 acres of wooded land, but the woods themselves are on several people's property. There aren't any good paths, and the trees tend to all look the same. One time, I wandered around for hours before finally coming out on the road - several streets down from our house XD
