Man, Vincent/Hojo is one I will never even remotely understand. That's totally got to be the worst one ever! I mean, Hojo *experimented* on Vincent for Pete's sake! That's just so, so wrong.

I don't really understand Seph/Yuffie or Seph/Aerith, either. XD;

Yay for Zack/Aerith! ^^ And Cloud/Tifa can be pretty awesome, too. ^^

Yeah, I should have put Vincent/Hojo under the sick pairing one. XD; **headdesk.** That is so ... incomprehensibly twisted.

And then there's Seph/Tifa, which is so immeasurably bizarre. Tifa's never shown any indication that she liked Seph at all. XD; More like just the opposite, even before he flipped. At least Cloud/Seph admittedly has some (teeny weenie) basis because Cloud cared about him so much. I just can't see Seph and Tifa getting along at all. Which is why she's never quite warmed up to him in T&D verse, either.

Yeah, I think Tifa actually sent Zack a phone message wondering if Seph was always like.... Seph. XD And if other SOLDIERs were the same! LOL. And she totally hated him after what he did at Nibelheim.

Honestly, if people want to do odd pairings, fine, but there should at least be *some* small basis for it! XD;

LOL. Oh wow. **imagines Zack's reaction to getting such a message.** I still don't even think Seph acted as rude to her as she thought he did.

**muses.** I don't think Barret will ever totally warm up to Seph, either. He'll come to respect and tolerate him more after the earthquake thing, but they'll never be buddy-buddy.'

**nodnod.** I'm still trying to figure out where the basis for Vincent/Cid comes from. XD; Or any Cid slash pairing, really. I mean, of all the characters, Cid seems like one of the ones who would be homosexual or bi least of all.

Yeah, neither do I! In fact, I came away with the impression that he was less "rude" to her in CC than in the original game, though I can't say why. XD Maybe Tifa's just not used to anyone acting that way, especially since she's lived in that small town her entire life.

**nods.** That sounds good! I can't see Barret being really friendly with Seph, either.

Yeah, I know! Cid totally seems like he'd be against the idea. XD Besides, Cid's got Shera! How did Vincent, of all people, ever enter the picture? XD;

LOL. I wouldn't be surprised that in CC it's even less so. He sure didn't sound rude to me.

Yeah. Barret actually being friendly with Seph would ... probably be kinda scary. XD;

**snerk.** That's what I can't figure out. I didn't even remember Vincent interacted with Cid that much to begin with! And Vincent's so hung up on Lucrecia it's just really hard to picture him not being straight.

Yeah, he didn't interact with Cid much at all, except maybe for the part where Cid was actually the leader of Avalanche for a short while. If anything, I remember Vincent being rather indifferent to him. XD And there was certainly nothing in DoC that would indicate anything either! Man, seems like some people just like to take the two people least likely to be interested in each other and stick them together. XD; I guess if two characters even take one look at each other, they're forever doomed! XD;

XD Vincent being indifferent sounds about right. He seems to act that way about most subjects, except Lucrecia and Hojo.
