Free website hosting services?

Guys, Crystal and I need a good free website hosting service. It needs to offer Basic editing, for people who really only know the common HTML commands, and to not expire if there's a few weeks of inactivity. Angelfire was always my go-to for free website hosting, but their rules have vastly changed and I'm not sure what to think about trying to get a new site with them (or if they'd even let me, as you're only allowed one account and I'm not sure if that means one site or not).
