It keeps going and going....

I've thought that I need to get a fic up where Ahiru is the one hurt. So I've been working on the one where she's shot. I've got it to where the first draft is done (and I FINALLY fixed the opening scene I was having trouble with), but now more and more elements keep wanting to be part of it. I was going to post it last night because I thought it was ready, but then I decided to wait until morning. Now a whole new conversation has been added and I've decided to wait until evening.

It's a really interesting, heart-twisting fic. Fakir and Autor are having some problems as they try to deal with Ahiru being hurt, and they end up trying to work out some previous problems that never really have been settled in full.

And I also want to do a fic, which will be lighter than this but still tense, where there's a haunted house and Ahiru is eventually knocked out by the ghosts and they pull her spirit out of her body, like in that old Pokemon episode. I'm still trying to decide whether these ghosts just want to play or not. But I have an image of Autor not knowing what's going on and getting panicked because he can't wake her up. And then he's so adorably relieved when she manages to wake up and is okay.

I might switch out Near-Death Experience in my custom [livejournal.com profile] paranormal25 table for the similar but different Out of Body Experience, which I think would suit the story better. Crisis Apparition, I think, will be closer to a Near-Death Experience, with the plot I have in mind. Fakir will be the victim there.

And I still want to do that idea where Ahiru, Fakir, and Autor are in America. I think it should be a mystery fic, though I'm not sure yet if it will be one of the paranormal mysteries. It will probably definitely be a multi-chapter.

Ooh. Fakir and Autor dealing with their problems is going to be interesting to read. ;___;

And the lighter fic sounds intriguing, too.

there's a haunted house and Ahiru is eventually knocked out by the ghosts and they pull her spirit out of her body, like in that old Pokemon episode.

So, uh... that Pokémon ep? May I squee as to how that was the first Pokémon ep I ever saw and made me fall in love with the series? **pets the ep** That was one of the ones CC and I ended up watching the other day. XD;

And hooray for paranormal mysteries! I must get back to my mystery fics, too...

Yeah, I was really interested myself as I watched it unfold while I was writing it. XD;

It was definitely a fun episode, something I wasn't expecting at all. How many kids' shows have Out of Body Experiences, seriously? (I remember being really surprised, even at my age of 5/6, by how daring Disney was with the Darkwing episode Dead Duck. That they dared to do it at all was absolute win.) And the Pokemon haunted house episode was a nice interlude to the Sabrina episodes. (I can still hardly believe that after the horrible things she did, she was redeemed with a laugh and that somehow made it all okay. I know things get simplified in kids' shows, but my gosh. **definitely didn't feel like forgiving Sabrina after that resolution.**)
