LOL. I think they were laughing just because it's so silly. XD It's an aria from an opera, and their English in the middle was their version of the real translation. It's kind of a ridiculous song, so they were making fun of it. ♥ And the soprano is Sean's wife. X3
Maybe you could try researching the problem online and see if you can find any tips on what might be wrong? Maybe you just need to buy a new sound card....
