Maybe you could try researching the problem online and see if you can find any tips on what might be wrong? Maybe you just need to buy a new sound card....
The music is gorgeous, but the translation really is ridiculous, so they made fun of it with their rendition of the translation. XD Their version scrolls across the top of the screen when they sing it. LOL.
