I am adoring the CD still. I can't help but think of LadyAmberJo's comment on how track 17 sounds like the "Amelda Discovers Prozac" song. XD I started cracking up thinking of that on Saturday night. **cuddles Alister.** Both of his themes are kewl. I can't explain track 17, though. XD; But I keep thinking of him playing a harmonica now, thanks to Aubrie. It's such a melancholy instrument. It would be good for him.
Valon's theme is really perky. XD; It's cute. And Raphael's is rock. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was cool. Dartz's theme is nicely quiet and Atlantis-sounding. **doesn't know how to explain it other than that.** I also really luv Duel of Souls. But you know what? I think the American theme for the Orichalcos is better than the Japanese one. ^^; The American Orichalcos theme is so . . . gothic and dark. I wish they'd release another American CD and have some of that great instrumental music on it. We barely got to hear Kaiba's techno theme on Music to Duel By, and I wanna hear Marik's theme and the God cards theme on a CD as well!
My left ear closed up. ><; Every now and then I have trouble with wax build-up or something like that and I wind up not being to hear very well out of an ear (or even both of them). I hope I can go get it fixed today. XD; Such an irritating problem. The last time it did this was back in 2002, I think.
I'm working on a picture that's based on the RP with Aubrie where Alister and Valon are dueling each other. Alister's chained to that board thing that Mai was chained to in her duel with Yami Marik and he's dazedly watching Valon, who is weakly trying to come stand in front of Alister to protect him from an oncoming blast. Valon has fallen to his knees but is holding his arm out in front of Alister as he tries to get up. I need to see if I can fit Raphael in the picture somewhere, because he's supposed to be there trying to undo the bindings on Alister's wrists. Technically, Aubrie's character Tazi is supposed to be in the scene as well, but there's not going to be room. (I'm not even sure I'm going to be able to get Raphael in there.) XD; What's more, I'm not entirely sure how I would draw Tazi, though I have mental images in my mind.
There was a priceless scene on Saturday where Alister was visiting an injured Mokuba and Tazi came into the room. Then she lost her balance and fell on Alister's lap. XD He just watched her with a deadpan expression while she tried to get over the shock. Here, I'll post the scene. It's quick and I'd rather show it unabridged rather than just tell about it. XD;
