Seph and Zack songs X3

Man, haven't blogged in a little while. Just a lot's been happening and I haven't felt like it. Been kinda down for the past couple of weeks. Tried to start an entry several days ago and then abandoned it because I didn't really want to talk about the subject.

So I'll talk about fandom, instead. X3 The last little while, I've been scooping together a list of Seph and Zack songs. I really like it, though I think maybe there should be another Zack to Seph song before All I Need.... Something to show progress is being made, or something.

A couple of the songs also fit Cloud and Seph, but most are not crossovers. I'm also including story image songs.

Some songs may be recognized as songs I previously selected for other things. I now think they fit these two better than whatever I previously thought. The list tells a story, basically: beginning when Zack is heartbroken over his best friend's insanity, and then flashing back as Zack remembers good times and bad. In the present, Seph is fighting his madness, and Zack eventually helps him overcome it.

-Sweet Talk by The Killers (discovered as a Seph & Zack song by Lisa) (Seph to Zack, in general; a bit of Zack talking, as well)

-What Have You Done? by Within Temptation (Zack vs. Seph at Nibelheim)
-The Heart of Everything by Within Temptation (Seph in his madness and Zack pleading with him to fight it)
-How to Save a Life by The Fray (Zack's feelings after Seph goes crazy)
-Forgiven by Within Temptation (more of Zack's feelings)

-Reach (Amaranth demo version) by Nightwish (Seph struggling against his insanity and trying to reach out to Zack)
-Amaranth by Nightwish (I originally wasn't sure the finished version of the song would fit, but listening to it again, I think it would. A lot of it sounds like the confused and abstract images turning over in Seph's mind and heart.)
-Take Me Away by Avril Lavigne (more of Sephiroth's desperation)
-Savin' Me by Nickelback (same; slowly progress is being made)
-All I Need by Within Temptation (Seph to Zack, hating himself after returning to sanity and desperate to not be rejected)
-You've Got a Friend in Me by Randy Newman Okay, I know Disney looks weird alongside everything else here, but seriously, this song screams Zack. I would drop it if not for that. XD; And such reassurance from him, after all that they've come through, is just so SQUEE.
