Mostly through comments at rumpel_belle, but sometimes I use detailed episode summaries and recaps, yes.
Had I seen the thumbnail, I would have noticed. I just grabbed the episode I wanted, the Museum one, and didn't wait for all the thumbnails to load on the page. And I was watching on the tablet, so if the other one popped up in the sidebar, I probably wouldn't have seen it.
