Here's a sketch of a pic I've been doing the last couple of nights. I got the idea some time ago.



And a couple of great AMVs. First, Let My People Go! with Cloud as Moses and Sephiroth and Kadaj as the Pharaoh. (Not as off-the-wall as it might sound.)

And this is just fun. XD Many FFs to Jellicle Songs for Jellicle Cats! I've always been sad FF7 wasn't included, but it was one of my first exposures to FF8, FF9, and FFX/-2. It was also the first time I saw Nooj. I remember I was intrigued by his design. Purty hair, serious-looking guy, and glasses. Wonderful combination. (And he's a "metaphorical cat." LOL.) **watches it again.** ... Oh hey, this is why Baralai looked familiar to me, too. XD And the guy right after Nooj looks like how I picture Dalton, somewhat, only Dalton has a ponytail and is a bit thinner. But the hair color, glasses, and smirk are all so Dalton-ish.

LOL, it's amusing, the parallels between Nooj and Seph. Nooj calls love "the ultimate illusion." I can definitely imagine Seph saying that.

Here's a bit of non-spoilery banter between Gippal and Nooj, taken from the X-2 script at http://groups.msn.com/FinalFantasyFarplane/ Yuna, Shinra, and LeBlanc are watching this conversation from the Celsius.

Gippal: Impressive machina! An invention like this could change the world. Whoever came up with this is a genius.

Shinra: He's got good taste.

Gippal: Guess I'm a genius, too, for fixing it! Anybody home?

Yuna: Gippal!

Shinra: I don't think he can hear us.

Gippal: No response. Hm.

Nooj: Some genius.

Leblanc: Noojie!

Nooj: If you're done playing, let's go.

Gippal: Chill out.

Nooj: Lost your nerve?

Gippal: Hey, we're talking about [name has been removed, in case it's a spoiler]. How the heck do you fight that thing? We can't even walk up to it without freakin' it out.

Nooj: Or making it mad. But I've got a plan.

Gippal: If it doesn't work?

Nooj: Death will be my apology.

Of course the full effect can't be felt without the actual clip. But it was so exciting to hear George Newbern and Rick Gomez interacting like that! Whets my appetite for Crisis Core even more. XD; Like I needed that.

LeBlanc drives me up the wall. XD; Scary fangirl, stalking Nooj around like she does and calling him weird pet names. And I'm still trying to comprehend why she's paired with Baralai here: http://www.setsunakou.com I don't think he's ever taken any stock in her, and she doesn't like him. A lot of the pairings they come up with are strange, but at least they explain their YGO ones. There's no explanation for this one.

Hopefully I'll have chapter 2 of God Help the Outcasts done soon. I think it's almost finished. X3

Oh, **squee**! I love that pic!^^ Seph's expression is priceless. And I love how happy Zack looks! Ooh, and Seph's hair looks so smooth.^^ And the detail is great! You've even got the new design for the belt. I haven't even tried to attempt that, yet. XD. Awww, and I really love the little heart.^^

Wow, that first AMV is really good! The song fit the images so well, and the lyrics fit Cloud, Seph, and Kadaj surprisingly well, too! Hmm... the first two sets of lyrics for Moses would also fit Zack and Seph, too, now that I think about it.

Ha! I love that second one. It's so much fun! And I haven't heard that song in ages - I love hearing with all the FFs! And that's what Dalton looks like, huh? Hmm... I think I kinda picture him like that, though I didn't realize he had a ponytail! I must have either missed that or forgotten it. XD

That's got to be my favorite scene from FFX, so far! I love their banter.^^ And that particular scene is so much fun to watch.

Definitely agreed that LeBlanc is scary. **shudders** And those pet names drives me nuts!

Yay!^^ I'm lookin' forward to it!

X3 Yeah, I love how the sketch turned out. I was thinking Zack's legs should probably be more wild, indicating he was springing forward, but I wasn't sure I could pull it off with the angle. XD; I may darken his hair and attempt the legs, and just leave it as a sketch. ^^

Oooh wow! ;__; Yeah, that would totally work for Seph and Zack, too. I wonder if anyone will decide to attempt that.

XD Yeah, I love how they matched things, like walking on a wire. LOL. And I'll have to draw Dalton sometime. I was thinking of that, like having him, Gunju, and Azazel as the "Triple Trouble" counterparts to Seph, Cloud, and Zack's "Triple Threat". **just ripped off those names from Sonic the Hedgehog.**

Oh yeah, I can see how that could be difficult! It might be worth a try though, just to see how it looks.^^

Here's hoping they will! With CC and LO, there's a lot of scenes they could use for it. But man, that'll be saaad!

XD. Those names really work well, though!^^ I'd definitely like to see Dalton, and Gunju and Azazel, too.^^

**nodnod.** The only problem is that if it doesn't work, I'll get a lot of faint lines on the paper from where I attempted it. XD

Yeah, it really would be sad! I can hardly stand to watch any LO AMVs because of the Seph fight, and also because Zack dies, of course.

X3 Then I'd just have to determine how to make Gunju and Azazel different, since they're twins. Might only be able to tell them apart by their clothes. Gunju might wear something resembling his prison guard uniform, while Azazel would have that brown suit. And a gun, maybe, in his left hand. Illustrating a prosthetic will prove a problem, since my hands often look plastic-y/stiff anyway. XD;

Oh yeah, that would be a problem! XD Unless you were able to do them really light, or had a really good eraser.

**nods** Yeah, same here! It's so painful to see, even though you know what's coming.

Different clothes sound good! Hmm... Would they have a different hair style? Oh wait, probably not if Seph and Zack had confused them for the same person. XD For the prosthetic hand, maybe you could show the joints in it? Though I suppose that would depend on how realistic it's supposed to be. XD

Yeah, I don't think their hair style would be different, unless Azazel looked a bit more well-groomed. XD; He seems to have a slight bit more class than his brother.

Oooh, showing the joints is a good idea! Now I just need to figure out how to show that hand. I've tried something I never did before, with Dalton and Seph at the bottom, then Azazel and Zack, and Gunju and Cloud, ascending upward on the paper.

XD. You know, I've actually got several of those separate square-ish erasers, and they're all different, but I never use them. **isn't quite sure which would be used for what, actually. XD** The thing that I like the best are those clickable erasers that are shaped like a pencil.

Let's see, businessman vs prison guard? Yep, I'd say he'd be more well-groomed! XD Man, now that I think of it, I wonder how Gunju ended up as a prison guard in such a... dismal little place, anyway? XD Or was he really just working for Dalton the whole time?

Ooh, that's a neat idea!^^ I'm looking forward to seeing how that turns out. Hmm... maybe you could have Gunju grabbing Cloud's shirt with that hand? Though that might not show as much of the hand as you'd want... **ponders**

XD The square ones rarely work well for me. I usually use the ones that fit on the end of pencils. Once the pencil breaks through the eraser, it's time for a new one, but I usually keep trying to use the old one anyway. XD; I'm not sure I've seen the erasers shaped like pencils! Those sound cute. XD

My guess is that Azazel couldn't do much with his wild cat of a brother at the business, and when Dalton mentioned needing help in Dismal, Azazel decided Gunju would be perfect. LOL.

Well, it's Azazel with the prosthetic. XD But I really like that idea! He was going to be pointing a gun at Zack, and if I could do both that and him grabbing Zack's shirt, that would be great! Though Zack might not be close enough for Azazel to properly grip. Which is usually what happens when I try to illustrate such things. XD;

Yeah, the square ones never worked very well for me either. I don't know why I keep them around. XD I like the white pencil erasers... Any of the colored ones just don't seem to work as well.

And those other erasers aren't really shaped like pencils... I guess I didn't describe them properly. XD Let's see... They've got an eraser that's just like a pencil eraser, except it's really long. And it's held inside a case that kinda looks like a pencil, but without the tip. And you can slide this lever to get more of the eraser to come out, so you just use what you need. I guess it's like a mechanical pencil, only a mechanical eraser. XD I really like them - I use them for everything.^^ And they last for a long time, but you can also get refills for them, too.

LOL. Ah, brotherly love. XD

Oh man. **headdesk.** I can't believe I got them mixed up because I totally know that! It was even in the RP. XD

Ooh, it would definitely be great if you could do it! But if not... Hmm... Maybe he could be holding something? The only thing I can think of would be the amethyst, since that's the first story where everyone meets.

Wow, you must have some good white erasers. XD Those usually work the very worst for me. They always leave marks.

Yay mechanical erasers! X3 Those sound neat. Where do you buy them?

I've noticed that they do if the end of the eraser is already black from erasing a bunch of stuff, so I try to keep an eye out for that. I like them because they're softer than the pink ones, so I don't have to worry about tearing the paper or about the eraser itself breaking. XD

Just at Wal-Mart or K-mart.^^ They should be in the section with all the pencils and pens. And they should be pretty common and easy to find by now... I remember when they were still really new. XD

Yeah, that's a bit of a technicality. XD. Hmm... Maybe the amethyst is magically suspended between them, and he's reaching out his hand to grab it?

Wow. XD Well, then, he's a pretty amazing voice actor. I just wish they'd let him do a better voice for Genesis! **is assuming that the director/producer-type people are the ones instructing him to give that awful accent.**
