And I have never been interested in Disney Channel movies before, but I daresay, there is one I now wanna see. There's one called Dadnapped coming in October, and George Newbern is in it. X3 I'm guessing he's actually secondary and isn't in many scenes, with the focus just being on the daughter character in the show trying to rescue him when he's abducted, but ohmygosh, George Newbern!

... And according to the Wikipedia, they filmed in Utah (has it been filmed yet?)! George Newbern was in/will be in Utah!

Yay, Seph! X3 I can see why you'd be pleased!

Yeah, Steve Barton and Eric Stuart are my favorite actors/musicians, and they were both once within 40 miles from my hometown (not at the same time, though), and I never knew!

And I'll add my "for the confused" disclaimer to anyone else who reads this... Steve Barton was the original Raoul de Chagny in the 1986 musical, and Eric Stuart is the voice of Seto Kaiba. ^^

George Newbern always sounds somewhat like Seph in his roles. It's not always as prominent, but I can hear it if I listen close. ^^

Oooh! I will have to check this one out. One of my favorite DC stars is also being featured. ^^ If it was done by Salty Pictures (High School Musical Movies and Minutemen) it was definitely done in Utah. ^__^ I'll need to go check. ^^

I wonder too! I wish it was easier to find these things out. I guess they don't wanna tell much because then they'd get fans everywhere, but I think they should at least talk about it after the fact! Though I do remember articles about where High School Musical and Minutemen were filmed, so maybe something will turn up for this one.

Buwahaha. XD I would so love to go to a con! I'm not sure George Newbern goes to cons, and yet I thought I remembered hearing that sometimes he went with some of the other cast members of Justice League (where he plays Superman). I wish he had a website where I could check up on those things.

If you go to the official sites for whatever cons are in your area, they usually have a list of who's going to be there, and whatnot.

Celinra and I were in the elevator with a short guy in painted jeans, and I started up a conversation with him about his pants, and then we went our separate ways...much later I was reading the con program back in our room, and said to Celinra, "Ooh, look, Vic Mignona's here," and she replied, "I know, you were talking to him about his pants," and I was all, "...wut. WUT? o_O"

I just checked George Newbern's IMDb.com profile... DUDE HE'S A HANDSOME GUY, HOLY CRAP! (I mean, I didn't expect him to be ugly, but geeez!)
