31_days if anyone wants to check. Last I saw, they were both still on the first page because the comm just doesn't get the activity level it used to. Sigh. It's a pity; it's one of my favorite places to play.
And someone please tell what is so awesome about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles grappling with Posey's gang on some weird island somewhere. Yes, that is an actual dream I woke up from. And I seem to have found it awesome both in the dream and out of the dream. I am scratching my head as to why. Snakes was involved too, but I'm unsure if he was part of the gang or not. I kind of think he was associating with them a bit, but was doing his own thing. I remember him being in what seemed to be some old, abandoned building, maybe the remains of a church.
I don't know which version of the Turtles it was, either. For some reason I keep thinking it was the new Nickelodeon versions, even though I haven't seen that series yet. I don't think it was the 4Kids versions; they seemed computer-animated in the dream. Maybe it was the versions from the TMNT movie, which is lots of fun and which I should really watch again.
Later on the dream involved Gilligan's Island characters, but it was like in the reunion movies and they seemed to have access to go between their island (which wasn't the same island the other characters were on) and the mainland whenever they pleased. The Professor was having a romance with someone and I am clueless as to who.
I also am fairly clueless about what those characters were doing there. It's been years since I've been interested in looking up stuff related to that show. Although I think I saw the guy who played The Professor in something the other week. His name is Russell Johnson or something like that, right? Maybe that's why those characters wandered in and The Professor had center stage.
