I am worn out! I keep thinking I have the final chapter of the crossover fic where I want it and it doesn't sit right. Tonight I thought for sure it was done, but this entirely new angle kept nagging at me. I hadn't tried it before because it would deviate the climax so much from what the climaxes usually are like in Kolchak episodes and such. But this story wanted it! And finally I gave in and tried it. I ended up liking it that way and put it in. So the chapter's up. But the short epilogue is not attached. I can't decide if it's ready now! Something keeps nagging at me about it, too. Hopefully I'll figure it out soon.
Earlier I watched The Night Strangler. It was a bit more familiar, like an extended episode of the TV series. I love it! Kolchak and Tony have so many classic scenes. Tony definitely seems to have mellowed somewhat since the first movie. He's more like he is in the TV show.
And did he really go into a bar and order milk? It sure looked like it. He asked for the "usual" and was brought a glass of something white. Later on he's seen drinking milk with his lunch. And at the end, after he's been fired and is riding in the car with Kolchak, he has an entire carton he's drinking from. LOL. Kaze said it sounds like he drinks milk like other people drink liquor. I think it must be his therapy drink.
I was rather shocked during his and Kolchak's final argument in his office, when Kolchak stormed out and then threw something through the office's window-wall in utter rage. I don't think I've ever seen him that mad! He felt that Tony had sold out to the people insisting on covering up the truth. It was really interesting to see that side of him. He wasn't throwing the thing trying to hit Tony with it; he was just so furious.

And Tony definitely needs calming a lot of the time. LOL.
He was extremely upset. I've seen everything canonical now, and that's the angriest Kolchak has ever been.
I remember you talking about that episode. Which one is it again?

**nods** Wow...
It's the season 4 ep "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner," but it's not up anywhere, though...
