You know, it's really ungodly embarrassing to forget your own headcanon.

Even worse if it wasn't that long ago that you conceived it.

So I made some errors with something I wrote the other day in my efforts to get it posted to [livejournal.com profile] 31_days in time. I've fixed the major one, and I've also considered adding some more scenes.

I just wonder whether to edit the version of the post on Tumblr with the new stuff or if I should just delete the old post and post the new version.

I hate it when that happens. If it's a big edit, I'd just do the post over. There's nothing more tedious then trying to edit from memory in a long text post.

Oo~ You're on Tumblr too? Mind if I follow you?

Yeah. Usually I just delete the existing block of text in the same post and copy and paste the new version, if there's too many edits. This time I really lean towards deleting the old post altogether.

Then the question remains of whether to delete it now or wait until the new version is ready. I'd like it gone, only I worry that someone may decide to read it and then be disappointed to discover it gone.

Sure, if you like my topic of choice! (Generally pictures of classic character actors.) http://lucky-ladybugs-lovelies.tumblr.com
