Who is your favorite Yu-gi-oh Character?	At this current moment, it's Alister
Why?	Good question. Because of his personality (in the original, NOT the dub), his devotion to his brother, and ... well, he's cute. XD;
Would you like to marry him or he?	No.
If so tell us why if no why not.	Because, like Roene said, I don't wanna mess with the character's life. XD; I'd like to glomp him, though. ^-^
What is his or her Favorite card?	I don't know... Probably his gigantic fortress thingie (Ziggeraut?) that looks like his brother's figure.
Are they obnocious or just sweet or just plain weird?	He's mistaken for many things that he is not. I think he is very kind and sweet, when he's not under the Orichalcos's influence. He's also aloof and quiet.
What are they mostly doing in their spare time?	Thinking, probably. I like to say he goes visiting orphans. ^__^ And that he plays the harmonica. XD;
Is your character stupid?	No!
Why? What does he or she do to act stupid?	N/A
Do they hate or dislike Seto Kaiba?	YES. XD; But by the end of the arc, No.
Are they jealous of him?	You know, that's a good question. I wonder if some part of him did feel jealous, because Seto still had his brother.
Are they friends with Yugi?	Umm... not really.
Why? Just because he's short and doesn't have many friends?	Because he fought on the opposite side, and we see little of him after he changed sides. XD;

I watched The Cat Returns in the morning. I am in love with that movie. XD Miyazaki films are so awesome. I can understand why he's regarded as the Japanese Walt Disney. His films have that same magic that Disney films often did. Though . . . may I say that I prefer Miyazaki movies over Disney movies, in general? XD; I loved Disney films when I was little, and I still love some of them, but I think I've finally started to get annoyed with how much Disney changes classic stories when they adapt them. They sugarcoat things and the villains are almost always one-dimensional. I do not find that cool.

I need to find out how long that sale on Miyazaki films is that Suncoast and Media Play are having.... I wanted to get Castle in the Sky, but now I'm torn between buying it or The Cat Returns. XD;

Woot! The Cat Returns! I love that movie. I've got that movie, so naturally I would at least like it.

I adore Miyazaki films. I've got a few of them in my collection. There's just something so magical about them and they can really pull you into the story if you just let yourself get lost in them. The animation is just beautiful and the stories are great.

I agree with what you said about the Disney movies. There are some of them that I really like (Lilo & Stitch being my favorite, though Tarzan is really good, mostly because of the animation being so pretty) but the villians are never multifaceted. They're always bad and that's it, but in the Miyazaki films (or really anything that comes out of Studio Ghibli) the villians are never really PURE villians. That is, they're multifaceted and usually turn out not to be as bad as they come off as.

You've got a tough decision! Castle in the Sky or The Cat Returns. I'd hate to have to make that decision! Since I have both, that's not something I have to worry about. Thank goodness!

And it's a bummer about the math thing. That's never been my strong point.

Yeah. **nodnod.** When I was watching The Cat Returns, I felt like I was adventuring right along with Haru. XD; That rarely happens when I'm watching something.

One-dimensional villains are so irritating. Of course the guy in Castle in the Sky didn't seem to have any redeeming qualities, but that's the exception rather than the rule. With Disney films, it's the exact opposite and it's the rule instead of the exception. -.-

Lilo & Stitch is great. LOL. I have that here somewhere. Along with a big Stitch stuffed animal. XP And Tarzan was good too . . . yes, very pretty animation. **cuddles the soundtrack**

Yes! Miyazaki films are SOOOOOO much better than Disney films! All hail the God of Anime! w00t!! Seriously, the guy has been called that, but I've most heard him referred to as Spielburg of Japan in magazines and the commentary thingie in Spirited Away.

In my opinion, the Miyazaki films have much more magic than any Disney movie I've ever seen. Da man don't sugarcoat things. XP And I've never seen any Disney movie that makes me cry! Repeatedly for that matter. Not a sad crying either . . . kinda like . . . "Damn, this is so beautiful . . ." Every time, I swear. Even when I watch that AMV I sent you. I suppose there are only two things that make me do that: LOTR and Miyazaki.

I also have Porco Rosso and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind downloading . . . well, paused for when FFVII AC finally finished. 75% done. >3

**nods.** Miyazaki seems to figure that his audience is more intelligent and can handle more deep concepts. The Cat Returns was a lot more light-hearted than Castle in the Sky, but it still had its deep moments, too.

I think I remember seeing in the DVD credits that the manga is called "Baron, the Cat Baron," but I'm not sure. ^^; Is it commercially available?

Yeah, Miyazaki movies are awesome. ^_^ I've seen three - Spirited Away, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, and Princess Mononoke. I've never seen Castle in the Sky or The Cat Returns, but I've heard good things about them both and maybe Netflix will have them available for renting. X3

I do like to watch Disney movies, as a comfort food, if you will. Brings back squishy memories of my childhood, just 'cause I'm such a sentimental dork like that. XD All through middle school I took chorus, and after every concert (there were two - the winter and the spring concert) there would be a period where the band and orchestra would use the stage, so we'd go in the bandroom and watch Disney films. ^_^ Mulan was our teacher's favorite, and Finding Nemo. Ah yes... good times, good times. X3

^^ My fave Disney movies are Lady and the Tramp, The Aristocats, and Oliver and Company. I always liked the animal movies. XD I love Lilo and Stitch too, but I haven't seen Tarzan. ^^;

I know what you mean about comfort foods. Darkwing Duck brings back a lot of memories for me. DuckTales and Talespin, too. I do wish that Disney hadn't caved in and started doing Warner Brothers-ish humor when they made Darkwing. ;__; That just ruined an otherwise awesome show.

Okay, first, I forgot about the guy in Castle in the Sky. He was pure jerk, but otherwise the Miyazaki villans tend to have a few more layers than the Disney ones.

Secondly, I've never been able to find the manga that The Cat Returns is based off of. I may have to look if I get my Borders trip for my birthday. That and a couple of YGO should do the trick. (Or that, a YGO and a Sailor Moon if I can find it.)

lol. I used to watch all of those shows too! I remember always having to be in front of the TV for Darkwing Duck, Duck Tales and Tailspin. Well, along with Rainbow Brite and Lady Lovelylocks. Oh, and My Little Pony! lol.

I only saw the My Little Pony show once, but I loved collecting the ponies themselves. XD I never got very many, though... I would like to collect some of the new ones, but I never get around to that.

Borders is about the only place anymore where I can find Sailor Moon mangas. Their supply is dwindling, though. The one uptown only has 9 and 11. They used to have Saint Tail manga, too, but I can't find that anymore either. >< I wonder if they're phasing out all pocketsized manga. . . .

I used to have some of the ponies, too. They were some of my favorite toys. Them and my Barbie collection.

If they are phasing out pocket-sized manga, I hope it's because they're intending to give us big manga. XD; They recently re-released CardCaptor Sakura mangas in a bigger size. ^^

While I loved the ponies, I actually never was into Barbies much. XD Dunno why. I love Sailor Moon dolls, though. ^^ Anime dolls are fun for display.

Yeah, that would be nice if they did that. As long as they don't take them away from us for good!

I've never had any anime dolls. Most of my family thinks that anime is stupid, but luckily my parents don't see it that way! ^_^ I can usually talk one of them into getting me either a manga or anime when we go somewhere. (As I've mentioned before, I'm broke and no one seems to want to hire me. *kicks the people at the stores* Meanies.)
