Quiz/Meme thing

1. Post a list of 10 of your favorite fandoms.
2. Have your friends list guess your favorite character from each fandom.
3. When guessed bold the line and write a sentence about why you like that character.

In most shows, I have more than one favorite, so if any one of the favorites is guessed, I'll accept it. XD And I will hence accept multiple guesses for each fandom and not blot one out when one favorite is picked.

1. Yu-Gi-Oh!
The bikers, Marik, the Von Schroiders, and Rishid. I love Alister because of his quiet, blunt personality. Valon I love because he's fun to watch. Raphael I love because of his loyalty. I love Marik because of his courage and willingness to admit he was wrong. I love Siegfried because of his mischievous, yet mysterious nature, and the way he calmly dishes out retorts and insults. I love Leonhard because of his sweet personality and his courage to stand up against his brother's plans. I love Rishid because like Raphael, he is very loyal, and he wants to save his brother from the darkness in his heart.
2. Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon
Well, the blue one (if by blue we mean hair) is Mercury, but I love Uranus too. XD I love Sailor Mercury because she is calm and logical. I love Sailor Uranus because of her cold, harsh "do anything for the greater good" personality.
3. Magic Knight Rayearth
I love Nova because of her depth and her twisted nature, and how she is really quite innocent, as Alexander is.
4. Mobile Suit Gundam Wing
5. Sonic X
I love Knuckles because he's just cool. XD (Seriously, it's hard to explain why I like him. The first time I saw him was in his first comic book appearance, and I found him very very awesome.)
6. TMNT (new, darker version. Yay for dark things!)
Leonardo was always my favorite of the Turtles, and this new show has given him even more depth with his reactions to the events at the end of Season 3. I think originally, when I was about five, he was my favorite because he had the blue bandanna. XD;;; I like him now because of how he tries to stay level-headed in conflict, and because of his intense desire to keep his brothers safe.
7. The Batman
Batman is awesome, so cold and such, and he doesn't need superpowers to catch criminals!

10. Darkwing Duck
Yay, I love both Darkwing and NegaDuck. XD Darkwing I always loved because I thought he was so cool, fighting the bad guys (even though he usually did need help, LOL). Now that I'm older I see more of his flaws and what an interesting character he is. NegaDuck is cool because I usually like evil doubles, and he's Darkwing's opposite from the NegaVerse! XD; (Ah, what a strange world that is, where Gosalyn wore frilly dresses and Launchpad was a biker punk....)


I finally got to see volume 2 of The Twelve Kingdoms. XD Wow, what an awesome show. It's so deep and dark. As I've said before, I think of it as kinda MKR taken to the next level. Twelve Kingdoms is almost always serious, and there aren't really any hints of romance. The characters are trying to survive in this strange world, and to discover who they really are. I just love it. ^^ I'm glad Lady got me into it!

1. Alister - because you relate to him and all that good stuff.

7. Batman? XD;;; It somewhat seems like one of those where there couldn't be another answer. Of course, I don't watch the show, but still. It's Batman.

I don't even remember the last time I turned on a Disney channel. And of course, magical girl shows . . . **whimpers and crawls away** That Twelve Kingdoms thing might be something worth checking out though. Though I feel these days when I'm not trying to keep up with school, I'm lost more in worlds I've created rather than fandoms. A strange thing really, but quite comfortable and exciting.

Yay for the Twelve Kingdoms! ^_^ Does your library have the later volumes, too? My favorite is the third arc which has the most complex story and covers volumes 6-9.

Yes, the library does have that. ^^ They have all the DVDs now, except the very last one, but as I remember, you said the tenth one wasn't so great. XD;
