Hmmm....

I got chapter 15 up, but it's somewhat different than I'd planned (as usual). Duke was supposed to go to Frisco to see about that branch of smugglers, but I didn't like how that looked, so he went back to Domino instead. In Domino he has an encounter with the bigwigs, as planned. Next chapter is supposed to summarize some times of bringing down branches of the ring. The bigwigs are most important, and the encounter with them went even better than I'd planned. But ... did I make a wrong decision? I really didn't want Duke to go to Frisco; it didn't feel right. But in Domino, should he have encountered a bunch of smugglers? The Domino ring is mostly broken up, which is why he didn't. Should I have sent him to Frisco anyway? I thought it might look like a deviation from the main stream of plot, which is why Pegasus is investigating that angle now. Should next chapter show the bringing down of the Frisco branch, instead of mostly summarizing and having a bit of dialogue? Or would it look anti-climatic after what happened in 15?

EDIT: Nevermind. After a lot of pondering, I think everything's fine. X3 And I'll go ahead and show the Frisco scenes in 16, instead of just summarizing.
