I need to write an entry in Alister's journal. It's been a few days since he's posted. ^^;

I have spent a good part of the day writing chapter five of Life After the Tears and throwing in a new twist or two. Now I must get the next chapter of POTT completed as well.

I spent a while talking to Darcy earlier about that idea that she had, the AU one that I talked about before where the premise was "What if Doom had never happened?" I'm still planning to do my version that isn't an AU (the one that's kinda the It's a Wonderful Life scenario, but not quite), and so I was telling her about it since she's planning to write a version that is the AU. Just wanted to make sure our versions wouldn't clash. XD;

Dad's attempting to fix the air conditioner so that it will work properly. Wish him luck! This heatwave has started up again after a brief respite on Sunday and Monday. -.-; Oh well. I can be grateful I don't live in Las Vegas. It hit 117 degrees Fahrenheit yesterday! Oy.

Speaking of Las Vegas, I wonder how Marty's doing these days. Maybe it's about time I dropped him an email. It's sad, but when Live from Las Vegas stopped running, we lost contact. Marty became the program director for the station, so he started being insanely busy.

Does anyone know how to help heal a bird with a torn wing? XD; I mean, do you just wrap the wing up, or do you have to sew up the tear first? And you know how angel wings are drawn, with that . . . smoothness on the top side and down the outside side? XD; As opposed to the feathers on the bottom and inside side? **Is this making sense?** Is that smoothness supposed to be a bone? **suddenly wonders if she's drawn Alexander with a broken wing instead of one that's just torn.** Dearie me.

BTW, I finally did my Nova icon. **pokes it.**

XD; Okiday, the thing with the first RPer was a misunderstanding. I don't think she saw that post, or else she got caught up and forgot about it. XD; We are RPing now. And I've been RPing with Aubrie and Lizzie, too. ^^ I hope I'll get to see SK on again soon. ^^ **cuddles the cute biker blurb she wrote!** . . . LOL, here's SK now. XD **finds it amusing that the people keep coming online when she mentions them.**

The twelve-year-old I mentioned a while back seems somehow easier to RP with nowadays. XD; Twice now she's requested to do real RPs instead of random nonsense, and she tries to have her character sometimes not be so annoying. ^^;

It's amazing the effect one song can have on a person. XD; Hayley Westenra did a song called Wuthering Heights that I love. It made me wanna read the book and see if the song portrayed the characters correctly. I've had a copy of the book for years, but everytime I'd try to read it I'd get lost. Having two pages reverse places (i.e., 12 where 13 should be and vice versa) and having another half a page repeated didn't help the confusion any. Man, I have a screwed-up copy. XD; I've found a lot of other, minor errors too. But this time I think I've mastered it. **pats it.** So far, my opinion is that the song captured their personalities quite well.

And Side7 finally upgraded my account! Yes! It took them quite a while. XD; I joined a place called Sheezy Art to display a couple of pictures while I waited. Of course, the next day Side7 upgraded my account. Heh. Ah well. **cuddles Side7.** It's still my favorite of any of the big artist havens. And their rating system for pics is really good, because there's a category between Everyone and Mature, and there's different reasons why a pic could be given a high rating.

JP's back online! ^___^ He said his network card came out, or some such computer problem. XD; I figured it was something to do with the computer.

I got the next chapter of On My Way Home done. I couldn't think of a song for the longest time. Then I remembered one time having asked JP about a song for a story and he had suggested Carry On My Wayward Son. I didn't use it in the fic 'cause I didn't think it fit, but when I listened to it now I decided it would fit in On My Way Home. So, it became the song for chapter 5.

And I seem to be having a bit of trouble writing the beginning of chapter 15 of Crimes for Christmas. XD; I think I may need to shift some stuff around before I'm satisfied. **flicks it.**

LOL. **is having fun downloading Monkees songs she hasn't heard before with RealRhapsody.** I'm now listening to Shorty Blackwell.

I'm not big on sports, but I must comment on this. THE RED SOX WON THE WORLD SERIES! ^____^ They're my best bud's fave sports team, so naturally I am excited. ^^

I've also almost got part 2 of my .EXE trilogy finished. I've mapped out the rest of what happens; I just have to write it down!

I came on Dad's computer to see if I'd won the auctions for the two brand new Magic Knight Rayearth tapes (I have) and I decided to check LiveJournal while I was at it. I'm still confused, even more so now. @@ But whatever. I don't have time to be questioning things. When I get on my own computer and talk to this girl, maybe I'll finally get it sorted out.

Things have been pretty hectic here lately. More plumbing problems struck last night, this time with the washer trying to back up into the kitchen sink and vice versa. ><;;; That's all we need right now. We were supposed to go out and visit my aunt and uncle and take my aunt a birthday present on Tuesday. That didn't happen. It doesn't look like we'll be going today, and I don't know what will happen tomorrow. Anyway, my schedule will probably be a bit warped the rest of the week, with this and that. We also have to go to the bank and get my savings account registered under my name, since I'll be eighteen.

Well, I resolved things about the story-stealing. I don't know quite how to explain, but I got a civil email back from the person and she was extremely apologetic and said something about a story request and the real story-stealer sending her my fic claiming it was a plot bunny they'd had or something like that and that they wanted her to fix it up and post it? O__o I didn't quite understand all she was saying about that or how it quite worked, but she did remove the story. Before this, though, I did wind up reporting her 'cause some other people mentioned how her other stuff might be copies of other works as well and that she should be reported if that was the case. So, if she was really honest with me, I hope nothing bad happens to her.

I've been gone for a good portion of the day. We went kinda here and there and everywhere, but I didn't see anything I wanted to buy. Well, no, that isn't true. . . . I WANT THE STAR WARS TRILOGY ON DVD! Wal-Mart has it for $42 something right now. Maybe I should save up and get it. X3 And I also saw this great YGO binder with big rings. I wish I could get that to store Paper Flowers in.

Is it my imagination or does our Wal-Mart have dimmer lights? Somehow they looked really dim when we were there.

Anyway, so yeah, we're back now. We got back about an hour ago. I'm online for a little bit to talk to Aubrie 'cause she's been lonely all day, but I'm gonna head up soon.

Oh yeah! And I don't think I've mentioned this yet, but Lisa has this group of her friends called NAMPA and she and the others want me to be a member! ^__^! I know about three or four of the other members and they're all kewl people. I'd be one of the long-distance members. XD

Okay. . . . So . . . I have one friend who thinks she's being replaced by another friend because I talk about the other friend. I really only mention her if the first friends asks, though. And if she means talking about the second friend in the LJ, well, I don't find that such a crime. I mean, it's not like the first friend doesn't do the same thing. And she always is showing me parts from RPs she's done with other people. What's the diff between whether she does it or I do it? Maybe I've felt slightly like I've been replaced sometimes. She talks about her other friends and when she talks about a trip she's planning, it's always, I'm gonna see this person when I come out! Nevermind that she'd be seeing me, too. She has never mentioned seeing me. So I feel pretty much like she's the one who doesn't care.

I still don't quite understand what's going on and now I'm worried because she says she feels sick and she won't reply to my IM's now.

LOL. All of that is like me except on the clothes. **dresses very modestly.** And I dunno that I'd have a gun. XD But it's amusing. On a quiz Stacey put up, where everyone in her LJ Friends list got assigned to different RP roles, I got "Bad guy gone good"! And everyone who knows me knows that one such "bad guy gone good" is my favorite character to RP! X3

I have come from an awesome RP with Rina! ^___^ **is so happy when we get to do RPs.** It had sibling and friendship cuteness and it's not over yet!!

I wonder if Stacey is gonna be able to come back. XD; Poor thing's always having connection problems just like I do! I'm gonna go in a few minutes if she's not back. . . .

Bass/Forte has captured my interest on MegaMan.EXE! I must know about this mysterious cloaked Navi with the unusual helmet! XD And for Heaven's sake, why don't they spell BASS as BASE?! That's how I thought it was before I saw it written down. I'm SO tempted to write it like that. "Bass" looks like you'd pronounce it the same way as the fish. No wonder there's all the fish jokes about him. I saw the figure of him on eBay. It's very rare, apparently, and 19 people want it. XD **wonders who'll win.** I'm gonna get me one, when Toys R Us gets 'em in! ^__^

Wow, it's awesome!!! I've been RPing with Rina-neechan and it's just like it always used to be! Mokuba's all cute and she's playing Rishid and she's enthusiastic about the plot. . . . =^___^=!!!!

And over the weekend I had a huge bout of Seto/Téa fandom again. XD I knew it was time to do the rewrite of Dance Without Me that I've been planning to get at for a long time now. I'm really happy with how it's coming along so far. This time I'm even including the song that the title came from! I hadn't wanted to use it before because I thought it was too shippy. But I've changed my mind now and I'm using it. It works so well! Dang, I wanna do a music video with it! It was the first angsty song that I really loved.
